Workshops and programmes
Workshops and programmes for young people
Structured programmes, run over a series of sessions, that help young people find their voice, understand themselves and make better choices.
Leadership Programme
Our Leadership Programme helps young people build confidence, take the initiative and find their voice. Through workshops, group discussions and real-life challenges, they learn to lead with purpose and be a positive influence on those around them.
We focus on communication, emotional intelligence and critical thinking. The programme challenges the idea that there is one way to be a leader, and builds on the strengths young people already have. Young people who have taken part have gone on to mentor others in their communities.
